(1) This website ("www.luxeetcharme.com") including all connected mobile applications and the provision of seasonal accommodations through the Site, are owned and operated by Mrs. Laure DELIN as an individual (hereinafter also referred to as "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms define the terms and conditions under which visitors or users may visit or use the Site and/or Services and purchase Products.
(2) By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and consent to these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept all of the Terms, you must not access the Site or use any of the Services. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Site or Services, or purchasing Products. In these Terms, you will learn who we are, how we sell our Products to you, how you can terminate the purchase agreement, and what you can do if there is a problem.
(3) You represent that you are of legal age and have the legal authority, right, and power to enter into a binding agreement based on these Terms, to use the Services, and to purchase Products. If you are not of legal age, you may not use the Services or purchase Products.
These Terms are provided in French. In case of any discrepancy between the French version of this document and any of its translations, the French version shall prevail.
To use our Site and/or enjoy our Services, you must be at least 21 years old, or have reached the legal age of majority in your country, and have the legal authority, right, and power to sign these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not authorized to use this Site and/or enjoy our Services if it is prohibited in your country, or by any law or regulation applicable to you.
Furthermore, before placing and confirming an order, you must read and accept these Terms.

To make a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 3 days before your arrival.
Your reservation can be cancelled up to 3 days before your arrival. However, please confirm your cancellation by email. The refund of your reservation will be made by bank transfer to the account you have designated, minus any bank fees incurred if applicable. Less than 3 days before your arrival, the full amount of the reservation remains due. If you do not show up, no-show fees equivalent to the cancellation fees will apply.
A security deposit of €200.00 by credit card imprint will be required no later than the day before your arrival. Unless there is damage or breach of house rules, this will not be debited from your bank account.
For all reservations, a valid ID will be required before your arrival.
Check-in is self-service from 5:00 PM on the day of your arrival. You can enjoy the apartment until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. For organizational purposes, please let us know your approximate arrival and departure times.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. However, please confirm your cancellation by email. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the following cancellation fees will apply: the full amount of the reservation. If you do not show up, no-show fees equivalent to the cancellation fees will apply.
